CMON has snagged another property and will create and publish Masters of the Universe: The Board Game, based on the beloved Mattel franchise.

Michael Shinall, CMON’s Design and Development Manager, and Developer Leo Almeida will take the reigns designing the game. A new system is being developed that will be set in the iconic world and bring the characters the tabletop. The game will feature highly-detailed miniature figures perfect for gamers and collectors.

Masters of the Universe has been a priority for Mattel. A new film has been in the works and new figures are being released through various companies.

Masters of the Universe: The Board Game will come to Kickstarter in 2021.
