In December 2022, the award-winning board game IceCool was digitized and is now available on Roblox.

After being one of the favorites in the board game industry for six years, a highly engaging digital version of this classic board game is being released by Simple Magic, a fresh new games studio based in Tallinn, Estonia, together with the game’s publisher Brain Games.

IceCool is a family board game with a unique theme – penguins running through the school and trying to get some fish. It stands out with two major innovations: flicking techniques and a box-in-a-box setup. The game was launched six years ago and has received more than 20 prestigious international awards, including Kinderspiel des Jahres award as the Best Children’s Game of the Year 2017.

Simple Magic captured the most important game functions of IceCool as close to the original as possible while automating some more mundane tasks, thus making the online version fast- paced, very competitive, and just incredibly fun. The game gives you the option to play with random players around the world, or set up your own games with only selected friends – a nice way to continue the fun from the table-top experience from your last togetherness.
