Race your Friends through the Dungeon Mazes of Undermountain in Dungeons & Dragons: Dungeon Scrawlers: Heroes of Undermountain

Dungeons & Dragons: Dungeon Scrawlers: Heroes of Undermountain

Wizkids has announced that Dungeons & Dragons: Dungeon Scrawlers: Heroes of Undermountaina wildly entertaining scrawling adventure for the whole family, is now available in North American game stores!

In Dungeons & Dragons: Dungeon Scrawlers: Heroes of Undermountain, up to 4 adventurers are drawn together to delve into Undermountain, an immense underground of dungeons created by the Mad Mage, Halaster Blackcloak. Use your markers to trace your path, defeating Monsters, casting Spells, connecting Artifact Fragments, and collecting shiny Treasure on the way! The round ends when one player defeats that dungeon’s mighty Boss, so you only have a few minutes to collect as much loot as possible! The player with the most points after exploring three dungeons is the winner!

At the beginning of each game, players pick one of five Characters, each with a thematic ability that helps them collect one type of points more easily as they draw their line through the maze. Normally, Treasures need to be outlined and Monsters need to be entirely covered with marker to be collected. But Rogues only need to touch treasure, and Barbarians only need to fill in the monsters’ heads to defeat them!

While anyone can cast a spell by tracing an intricate pattern, a Wizard only needs to draw a small circle!

Dungeon Scrawlers contains 10 unique mazes of increasing complexity, introducing new challenges as you go. These include portals, locked doors, multiple bosses, time limits, and more! With multiple paths through each maze, and over 100 different 3-maze combinations, you’ll never have to stop scrawling! Dungeons & Dragons: Dungeon Scrawlers: Heroes of Undermountain is available now, so pick it up at your Friendly Local Game Store or online today!

Heed the Call of the Netherdeep with Critical Role and Dungeons & Dragons

Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep

Building on the success of Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount, Wizards of the Coast and Critical Role are teaming up once again to bring another fantastic book to D&D fans with Critical RoleCall of the Netherdeep. Inspired by the campaigns of the hit D&D live play series and designed in collaboration with DM Matthew Mercer, Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep is the first major adventure set in the world of Exandria and delivers a thrilling new campaign for the world’s greatest roleplaying game. Call of the Netherdeep will be available in stores everywhere on March 15, 2022 for $49.95 USD.

Beginning in the Wastes of Xhorhas, Call of the Netherdeep leads adventurers to the glimmering oasis-city of Ank’Harel on the continent of Marquet, and from there into a sunken realm of gloom, corruption, and sorrow known as the Netherdeep—a terrifying cross between the Far Realm and the deep ocean. Above it all, the red moon of Ruidus watches, twisting the fates of those who have the power to shape the course of history. Fans will discover that the greed of mortals has awakened a powerful entity long thought destroyed, a mighty champion of the gods that has been imprisoned in the darkest depths of Exandria for eons, with his name and heroic deeds forgotten. Languishing in despair, he calls out for new heroes to save him.

Call of the Netherdeep contains seven chapters of gripping adventure, new creatures, and magic items, a poster map of Ank’Harel, and introduces new mechanics for a rival party of NPCs. The adventure takes players from levels 3-12 and is bursting with lore and all-new art depicting Exandria. Fans will be delighted that many elements of the storyline tie into the themes of previous Critical Role campaigns.
