WizKids has revealed a new Galactus figure for Heroclix. The Marvel HeroClix: Galactus – Devourer of Worlds Premium Colossal Figure will be available in August.
The figure stands on a 3×6 base with four dials. Two of those dials feature 32 clicks of health and there’s a new Herald Dial to serve. The fourth dial of the figure called the Elemental Converter Dial allows Galactus to devour the entire map!
This is the fifth iteration of Galactus in the game. The character was previously available along with the sets “Galactic Guardians” as a super booster, “Avengers” as a 2007 exclusive, and “Critical Mass” as a 2004 convention exclusive. There was also Zombie Galactus that was a convention exclusive in 2014.
It’s a trip to a classic storyline as WizKids has unveiled the Marvel HeroClix: Days of Future Past Storyline Organized Play event. The grand price is a Tri-Sentinel Colossal figure which will also be available for retail sale next year.
The figure combines the power of Sentinels Mark IV, Mark V, and Mark VI into one powerful being. The figure includes 3 faces and 6 arms and will retail for $24.99 when it’s released in January 2019.
The three month organized play event will run from July to September. Players will compete to earn Days of Future Past Wanted Poster ID cards and the one with the most points will receive the figure as a grand price.
Each Monthly OP Kit includes 3 Competitive Prize ID Cards, 10 Participation Prize ID Cards, and an instruction sheet.
Marvel’s Secret Wars‘ Battleworld is coming to WizKids‘ HeroClix this October with three releases and an organized play kit.
As revealed, Marvel HeroClix: Secret Wars – Battleworld Fast Forces, Marvel HeroClix: Secret Wars – Battleworld Dice and Token Pack, and Marvel HeroClix: Secret Wars – Battleworld Booster Brick will all be released and take inspiration from the setting featured in Marvel’s Secret Wars storyline that saw the Marvel universe shaken up by the godlike Doctor Doom.
Many characters from that storyline will be present including new versions of the Avengers, Runaways, Man-Thing, Witch Queen Le Fay, wild west versions of Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, and Black Widow, Spider-Island versions of Iron Fist, Hulk, and Captain Marvel, and the Thor Corps which has Dino Thor and Destroyer Thor along with Ultimate Thor. New characters include Killmonger, Regent, and Viv Vision,
The Booster set will include 16 Commons (plus 1 Prime), 16 Uncommons (plus 1 Prime), 16 Rares (plus 1 Prime), 12 Super Rares (plus 1 Prime) and 6 Chases. Each Booster includes 5 figures.
The Fast Forces Pack will feature The Runaways, including all-new dials, and two never-before-released characters: Alex Wilder and Klara Prast. The team includes Lucy in the Sky, Princess Powerful, Sister Grimm, and Talkback. MSRP is $16.99.
The Battleworld Dice and Token Pack will include 2 custom dice and 6 action tokens themed around Spider-Man, heroes, and villains from the Spider-Island domain. MSRP is $9.99.
For retailers, a Marvel HeroClix: Secret Wars – Battleworld Release Day OP Kit will be available. The kit contains 3 limited-edition She-Hulk HeroClix figure with character card, 5 double-sided maps, 1 instruction sheet.

Early today we had out unboxing of WizKids‘ upcoming Marvel Heroclix X-Men: Xavier’s School Fast Forces and Dice & Token packs. Below you’ll find some up close images of what you’ll get in the set.

WizKids provided Board Game Today with FREE product for review
Wizkids has announced that they are cancelling their Marvel HeroClix: The Superior Foes of Spider-Man pre-release event. The company was notified that the recent train derailment near Panhandle, TX on June 28 contained some of their product onboard.
Two individuals died in the accident and a third is presumed dead. Our thoughts go out to their friends and families who lost loved ones.
The product on the train included the Marvel HeroClix: The Superior Foes of Spider-Man set intended for Wizkids’ upcoming Pre-Release events. Because of this, they are unable to fulfill orders for this event and must cancel until further notice.
While a sizable amount of the product release will be in an unknown state for an unforeseeable time, their current plan is to proceed with the launch of the product as scheduled as they have sufficient quantities for all stores who have preordered to date and the majority of the product is unaffected.
This set may be hard to get in the foreseable future though.
A Civil War breaks out in Marvel Heroclix this June! Whose side are you on?
The Superhuman Registration Act has divided the heroes (and villains) of the Marvel Universe— whose side will you be on when you face off against your friends and former allies in Marvel HeroClix: Civil War?
Marvel HeroClix: Civil War is a four-month Storyline Organized Play event series that will both divide and unite HeroClix players around the world as they choose to fight alongside Iron Man and other Pro-Registration heroes or alongside Captain American and his band of Anti-Registration vigilantes.

Marvel Heroclix: Civil War booster packs feature five figures, 2 Pro-Registration (on red Heroclix bases), 2 Ant-Registration (on blue Heroclix bases), and 1 Neutral figure (on the standard black bases). There is also a support pack which contains 1 of 6 limited edition figures, two double-sided maps, and eight “Bounty” cards.
At the end of the event, players will draft their prizes based on their standing.
The Bounty Cards are to be distributed one random to each player.
A Victory for Our Side— If a player KOs the character shown on their Bounty Card, each player of their faction [Pro-Registration/Anti-Registration] in the tournament may heal a friendly character 1 click at the beginning of that player’s next turn.
Players compete to draft figures used in their Battle Royale game (for Months 1-3)
Additionally, players will compete to try and win/draft a Marvel HeroClix: Civil War Prize Pack which contains one (1) of six (6) different Limited Edition figures— packaged randomly.
The Grand Prize for this Storyline Organized Play series is a set of 8 exclusive Civil War Prizes for players to snake draft. At the end of Month 4, the total of all players Tournament Points (TPs) are totaled to determine the draft order.

This organized play kit includes Star-Lord featuring an all new sculpt, Gamora with new coloring and dial, and Drax the Destroyer featuring new coloring and dial. The figures include their cards.
