The Star Trek Adventures Klingon Empire Gamemaster Toolkit gives the gamemaster all the rules references they need to run a mission in the final frontier. Into The Dark is a 17 page PDF Delve Mode rules expansion and three-page PDF Card Expansion for the Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms. You will receive the PDF immediately with your purchase.

Using a procedural generation system, you will design multi-level Tombs and Cave Complexes, with linking chambers and objectives, working towards an Ultimate Objective to complete your Delves. Each Chamber has a unique Objective to achieve before you can proceed to the next and on towards your final confrontation with the Ultimate Guardian!

Into the Dark also introduces ten new Adversary Minions and Elites to populate the Tombs and Caves, including the fearsome Snow Bear, Ice Wolf and Frost Trolls! Elder Scrolls: Skyrim is coming to Tabletops

Modiphius has unveiled the official Elder Scrolls: Skyrim board game coming later this year – a co-op game for 1-4 players setting you on a path for epic adventures across Skyrim! You can sign up for more info on the project page.

The game publisher has also announced two brand new releases for The Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms tabletop wargame, with a fearsome Skeleton Horde come to boost the forces of the undead, plus the Reserve Dice set to replace the card Stamina, Magicka, and Health tokens.

Modiphius has announced the release of the KULT: Bible Edition 2nd Version – 4th Edition Core Rules which is now available on Modiphus.net as part of the KULT Collection.

After the first edition sold out, makers Helmgast, have produced a band new version and here are the details on this intriguing new edition. 

The Bible Edition (2nd version) is a “pocket version” of the KULT: Divinity Lost Core Rules, in an all-text version. The book is in the same physical format as a typical bible.

The 2nd version of the Bible Edition features a black cloth cover, with gold foil print on top, and two-color print inside with blood-red headlines, making them clearer and more visible than the 1st version of the Bible Edition. Just as with the 1st version, the edges of the pages are gold-colored. The KULT: Bible Edition 2nd Version – 4th Edition Core Rules also includes a PDF version of the Core Rules to download on completion of purchase. Note that the PDF version is the full-color 4th Edition Core Rules as there is no PDF for the Bible Edition layout.

Modiphius’ Dune Roleplay Game’s Pre-Order Date Revealed

Modiphius has revealed that Dune: Adventures in the Imperium will go up for pre-order on December 10 with a range of products. The pre-order goes live at 5pm GMT, 9am PST, 12noon EST.

These feature Standard Core RulebookAtreides Collector’s EditionPlayer and GM bundlesdiceGM Screen and Journal plus the epic Complete Collection Bundle pictured below, with just 200 available to the first pre-order customers!

Dune: Adventures in the Imperium pre-order

Pre-order customers who order through the Modiphius store can get one of just 200 big bundles of all three Collectors Editions (and everything else) and other items exclusive to the store include the Atreides Collectors Edition (in green) and the blue Arrakis Melange dice set (both will be available to retail later next year). All orders for the core book through Modiphius will soon get an exclusive 80 page playable PDF preview of the core book.

If you’re after just one of the other Collectors editions, you will be able to pre-order the Corrino collector’s edition (in black) through your friendly local gaming store and the Harkonnen collectors edition (in red) through Amazon.

Pre-orders should be live with your local retailer before Christmas and all books come with a code printed in the back of the book to download a free PDF. MODCon Kicks off December 4th

MODCon 2020

MODCon Friday, December 4th, is How to be a Great GM day! In collaboration with the YouTube channel How to be a Great GM, Modiphius has an amazing line-up of some of the top GMs, DMs and storytellers in the RPG space together to talk all things TTRPG.

Starting at 8pm UCT, Cody from Taking 20 and The Dungeon DudesMonty and Kelly will join Guy from How to be a Great GM in the discussion ‘Things I wish I knew when I started GMing’. If you have not yet GM’d a game, or if you have been doing it for years, the panel promises to be a mixture of deep insight, zany craziness and all round fun.

Following that at 9pm UCT Guy will grill Nate from WASD20 and Seth from Seth Skorkowsky on the basics of Game Mastering. What does it take to be a genuinely great GM? These two guests know their business and are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Questions from the audience are encouraged!

At 10pm UCT Janet Forbes from World Anvil joins Guy and Seth as they try to figure out what are the next steps a GM should take in terms of upping their games. With their collective knowledge on worldbuilding, story crafting and insane love of all things… odd… the trio will unpack your questions whilst trying to find the meaning of life as a GM.

Closing off Friday’s madness, Guy will run a special game of Star Trek Adventures featuring Janet, Seth, and Mhaire from Orkenspalter TV. The game, however, is not your normal game of Star Trek Adventures. Every 15 minutes the game stops and the players and GM will unpack why they did certain things, what motivated them to make a rules call, what drove the players to do a certain thing, deep insight into how these folks play. It’s live, and your input will make all the difference so don’t miss out on that.
