IDW Games has announced that they’re following up their board game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shadows of the Past with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles The Miniature Game: City Fall.
Continuing the adventure from TMNT: Shadows of the Past, the tabletop miniatures game launches on Kickstarter in October and will be an action-packed stand-alone expansion with new miniatures, tiles, and Adventure Comics for TMNT fans and miniature game players.
TMNT: City Fall will be a stand-alone co-operative game, but it can also be combined with TMNT: Shadows of the Past to create an expanded game experience. Kevin Wilson returns to oversee development of the game, while Pete Walsh and Dan Lansdown, founders and admins of the Shadows of the Past Community, will join the team to take the lead on design, including the oft-asked-for A.I. rules to allow for fully cooperative game play.
The Kickstarter will be packed with new miniatures, characters, tiles, adventures, and more!

IDW Games has announced that April O’Neil, gutsy and independent ally of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, is getting a premiere hero pack upgrade from Kevin Wilson, the same creator of the critical hit, TMNT: Shadows of the Past board game.
The April O’Neil Hero Pack allows fans to continue the plot of the original base game, TMNT: Shadows of the Past, with the April O’Neil Hero Pack, which includes an all-new adventure comic featuring four new battle scenarios not available in any previous TMNT box set.
The expansion includes April’s action dice. They feature a double shuriken and two chi faces making her a long-range powerhouse fighter. It also includes seven action cards such as First-Aid, which allows her to heal the Turtles, the boot-shaking Gravity Gauntlet, that both inflicts damage to opponents and knocks them back, and the Stealth Suit, which makes her incredibly hard to hit in combat.
Also available in this expansion pack, is a new April O’Neil figure sculpt with a completely different look. With her hood up and gravity gauntlet raised, April is ready to stand up and fight alongside Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo.
You’ll be able to get the expansion through an IndieGoGo campaign which kicks off March 3 at 2 AM PST, for 2 weeks. Get onboard for an exclusive comic offer.

Toy Fair 2016 is going on this weekend and Wizkids is showing off some of the upcoming Dice Masters sets.
The next three sets should be (unless there’s some weird delays) are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Civil War, and World’s Finest, all shown off at Toy Fair. Following World’s Finest the next DC set will be Green Arrow and The Flash, scheduled to release in August.
Civil War will be out in May 2016, World’s Finest is March 2016, and TMNT should be out any time now since it was already supposed to be out.
Checking the cards from World’s Finest, two look to get more dice on the table and also modifying characters or purchasing. Both “Vengeance” and “Iron Will” sound interesting. Just those six cards make it seem like an interesting set.
