Warhammer 40,000: Imperium is now available to order in the United States and Canada. Warhammer 40,000: Imperium is a tabletop wargaming collection officially licensed by Games Workshop and released by Hachette. You can subscribe, though there’s mention of it being released in stores, and each month are sent a box of magazines and more that ease you into the Warhammer 40,000 hobby. What’s that “more”? That’d be miniatures, modeling equipment, paint, scenery, and more! With a stated 80 issues planned for release, you’ll build a force of Space Marines (with some Sisters of Battle and Adeptus Mechanicus) taking on Necrons!

Expected to be released January 26, 2022, subscribers will receive the first three issues in the first pack. Then, each pack after will feature 4 issues with all of the goods!

There’s two levels for subscribers, the regular, which costs $55.80 per month, or the “premium” which costs $67.80 per month. With the premium, subscribers will also receive packages that feature Chaos, Tyranids, Necrons, and Orks depending on how long they subscribe. Prices don’t include shipping and handling. “Free gifts” also come with the first five packs to get you going and begin your hobby adventure.

This looks like it could be a fun way to get in the hobby for new individuals or to build out an existing or new force for long-time veterans of the game.
