During Warhammer Fest 2022 the General’s Handbook 2022 was revealed for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar. It’s the first volume for the current edition of the game bringing changes with it.

The latest season brings things back to basics emphasizing battleline troops. New rules, grand strategies, battle tactics, and core battalians will help troops claim and contest objectives.

The book contains 12 new battleplans, half focused on the theme of infantry reclaiming Ghur while the others are more general.

The General’s Handbook also includes a Pitched Battle Profiles booklet, featuring updated points for every faction in the game. While the updated profiles are still included with the book, they’ll also be available for free on Warhammer Age of Sigmar: The App, and on the Warhammer Community website!
