Lord Invocatus is here to get Skulls for the Skull Throne!

It was a Warhammer Day Preview celebrating 35 years of Warhammer 40K! With their codex coming later this year, we got a tease of a new Khorne character to spill blood with the Worldeaters… Lord Invocatus!

Lord Invocatus has been teased in a previous Codex: Chaos Space Marines and leads the charge of Bloodcrushers and Berzerkers.

The miniature riffs on the classic Khorne warrior on Juggernaut, a model that has had a few versions going back to the early days of Warhammer 40K. We’ll have to wait to find out more though!

Angron, Daemon Primarch of Khorne revealed!

After a grainy photo was leaked earlier in the day, Games Workshop has revealed Angron, Daemon Primarch of Khorne! The latest Daemon Primarch has arrived rejoining the battle to lead the upcoming World Eaters army with their revamped codex.

Angron is pure hate forced to fight for survival and used as a weapon for entertainment.

The model looks like a juiced-up Bloodthirster after having overdosed on the warp. Small details show the character’s past life including a shoulder pad with the World Eaters’ iconic symbol. There’s also the Butcher’s Nails fused into his body.

Angron is sure to be a close combat beast on the field.

LVO 2022: Ka’Bandha heads to the battlefield for Horus Heresy

As has become tradition at the Las Vegas Open, Games Workshop held a preview event showing off some of what’s coming soon for their games. Horus Heresy got one reveal with a brand new miniature for Ka’Bandha. A general of the Blood God’s army, this Bloodthirster is a mortal foe of the Blood Angels.

Ka’Bandha terrorize the battlefield from the early days of the Horus Heresy to the twilight of the 41st Millennium. Maybe we’ll see some 40K rules for it beyond being just a Bloodthirster?

This is the largest Forge World Character Series model released so far perfect for Khorne armies no matter the era.

The Verminator and Bloodspawn are Coming to Blood Bowl

Two new bruisers are coming to the Blood Bowl pitch.

Kreek ‘The Verminator’ Rustgouger has been revealed and might be the greatest Skaven creation to ever walk the pitch. The monster of a player swings a nugget of warpstone and as per “I’ll Be Back!” will not be sent-off the pitch as per the secret weapon trait for the first time and may continue as part of the game. But, with a fee of 170,000 GP, you’ll need to save up to field him.

Kreek ‘The Verminator’ Rustgouger

Khorne is going to clear the pitch easier with the mutated murder monster Bloodspawn. For 160,000 GP you get a strength 5 player with Claws and Mighty Blow as well as Frenzy. This is a beast of a player who will challenge other big guys.
