It’s a new year, which means new story anniversary releases from Games Workshop. Each year stores put on a nine day party where you can get exclusive figures and cool swag.

For Warhammer 40K, the T’au gets the spotlight with a miniature titled “Invocation of the Elements.” T’au Ethereals guide the castes of Fire, Water, Air, and Earth with their wisdom and this miniature exemplifies that. The jar carried emits a choice of four fumes themed after each element. The figure stands atop a ruined aquila suggesting a battle on an Imperial world. Hints as to what’s to come?

For Warhammer: Age of Sigmar comes Brakki of the Gilded Key. The Fyreslayer heroes known as Auric Runesmiters are vital to battle plans and Brakki of the Gilded Key is one such champion. The miniature makes for a great alternative Runesmiter.

There’s also the extras for the money you spend. For each $50 increment up to $200, you get swag and everything else you purchase. This year features two metal pin badges – a Chaos Warrior and Blood ANgels Space Marine, a folding dice tray, a metal range marker featuring Terminator helmet details, and a backpack to carry it all.
