Geeks Gather to Support Healthcare Workers Battling COVID-19
Worldbuilders, the geeks doing good non-profit founded by best-selling fantasy author Patrick Rothfuss, announces a fundraiser for healthcare workers battling COVID-19 – Geeks 4 HOPE.
Beginning, Friday, April 24, 2020 through May 1, 2020 – Geeks 4 HOPE will focus the power of geekery and fandom to provide Personal Protection Equipment, training, and support to health care workers fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. People can visit to watch live streams and make donations.
The week will feature live-streamed interviews, discussions, performances, and more with authors, artists, and gamers hosted by the Worldbuilders staff.
